Ancient building - called "Casa de Vecinos", made up in 1870 and restored in 2002. Each floor contains eight rooms, each one dedicated to the beauty you can find in Granada. The first - no smoking floor - refers to the flowers - so that the rooms names are : Granado, Laurel, Mirto, Aluchema. The second floor give honour to the most important characters of Granada history: Garcěa Lorca,Albéniz, Agustín Lara, San Juan de Dios . The third one remembers the "Rooms in Alambra" :Comares, Cuarto de los Leones, Daraxa, Partal, Generalife. On the top, in the Tower, there is the Junior Suite Plaza Nueva . The decorations are personalized, referring to the subjects, and the forniture comes from an Association of Dawn handicapped people .

Direction:
From Airport:
FROM GRANADA OR MALAGA AIRPORT: A-92 : exit "SANTA FE-GRANADA", take centre direction, continue to "AVDA. CONSTITUCIÓN". Right until the end, turn left and search for "CALLE ELVIRA". Straight on, on the left, you can find the Hotel .

From Train Station:
Any public Bus to the City Centre is available. Stop in front of the Cathedral. The hotel is located on the front .

From Road:
FROM Highway A-92, exit "SANTA FE-GRANADA", direct to the city centre. Right to "AVDA. CONSTITUCIÓN,". At the end of it, turn left and search for "CALLE ELVIRA". Staight on, on the left, you can find the Hotel .

From Port:
Take A-92 until the exit "Santa Fe-Granada". Enter in the city centre directly from Avda Costitucion, straight on and turn left. Search for Calle Avenida, turn left : you can find the htl .
Parking:
The hotel has private a parking on request : it is situated mt 25 far from the building . Ii can be used only by Hotel guests : so, you will find a limit and press the botton to enter . If you don't find this solution confortable, you can find a public parking very near the Hotel .
Dining:
In the same area, you can find many typical andalusian restaurants. Our reception will you help in suggesting someone of them .

Cancellations or changes made before 0:00 of the 2 th day from the check in date will be not subjected to any penalty.

will be subjected to a 1 Night Stay penalty
If the guest doesn't come to the hotel on the check in date, it will be considered a
No-Show and his credit card will be charged for a 1 Night Stay penalty
If the guest arrives to the hotel the next day or later than the check in date, his/her reservation will not be considered valid; the hotel will be free to decide for his/her reservation.
For cancellation and change purposes, we consider the italian time as reference (Greenwich + 1).
In case of multiple room booking, penalties apply to each room that is cancelled or changed.
No refunds will be given for late check in or early check out.
